Vision and Mission


As passionate entrepreneurs in the coffee market, we envision to go beyond the conventional. We dream of establishing a strong coffee-culture within the city and expanding this dream throughout the country. Our café The Coffee Beans was a beginning, and our training school The School of Coffee Beans was a huge turning point to fulfil our vision. Now, we look forward to something bigger- the core of the coffee market- the coffee product itself. We are exploring various coffee beans or pods from local to international beans such as that of Starbucks. This study into the beans itself has left us with more excitement to improve the quality of coffee we find in Nepal. We are researching on the local coffee farms; the coffee export markets and even the detailed procedures that go into coffee making such as roasting coffee beans.  Exploring every minute detail that goes into coffee-making, we envision not only to serve the finest quality of coffee and promote coffee amongst the people but also to develop a strong logistics of coffee supplies in the market.

We, as a bunch of coffee enthusiasts, started with a small café- Coffee Beans, exploring the coffee market only to realize that there is much more to it. It is a whole new culture- Coffee Culture. To expand onto this trending culture, we were an early bird, opening one of the first barista training institutes: The School of Coffee Beans, training new-bees who want to add onto their skill either for moving abroad or for venturing themselves into the national market.

To add on to our mission, we have been collaborating with various café and local farms. We are absorbing as much knowledge in the coffee market of our country so that we can fulfil our broad vision of establishing a strong coffee culture. We continuously test the beans used in our cafés and compared with the one used abroad on bigger franchises. With this kind of studies, we believe to develop the quality of coffee used in the market, bringing together its taste and aroma to inspire a love for coffee. We are also promoting coffee concepts among the youth whether through training or promoting ideas such as coffee-to-go, from our ventures.

For the students involved with our school, we provide various platforms to make the best use of their knowledge. We provide internship opportunities both within our school and outside in cafés. We also provide an ample amount of practice time even after the scheduled class hours. Once a student in the school of Coffee Beans, always a part of the family.
